withoutreservations.com was a business I created. It offered hard-to-get, last-minute reservations at high-end restaurants on Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and New Year's Eve. The website launched just as OpenTable was gaining momentum (but not offering these kinds of reservations). It was disruptive enough to be featured on the front page of the business section of The Wall Street Journal.
